With over 10 years of experience in the call centre industry, 8 of which were dedicated to background checking, I have honed my skills in attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving. Alongside this, my passion for supporting others has driven me to pursue nearly two years of youth work, where I’ve seen firsthand the transformative impact that early intervention can have on young lives.I am a firm believer in the power of prevention, particularly when it comes to Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs). I believe that with the right support and intervention, we can break the cycle of generational trauma and create brighter futures for individuals and families. My qualifications in mental health, including being a certified Mental Health First Aider, further reinforce my commitment to supporting those in need, providing both practical help and a listening ear.I thrive in roles where I can make a difference and bring positive change, whether through mentoring, providing resources, or simply being there for someone when they need it most.
