Started in 2016 as an Executive Assistant to the Head of Ops, few years later was confirmed as the Head of L&D. With hard work, dedication, tailored mentorship and management support I was able to set a benchmark of ensuring 86% of our workforce attend at least one training annually reducing the rate of accident in the industry. During the Covid peak period I was entrusted with the responsibility of managing the company’s payroll system of about 2500+ staff which I successfully did for a year and half before my full deployment to Finance Division as the EA to the ED. Today I can proudly tell you that I work directly with the Managing Director of my company. My responsibilities include managing Federal Government Intervention Projects amongst others. Additional qualifications obtained over the years include PGDM, MBA, Certificate Courses both locally and internationally, Trainings and workshops etc. I am currently running a 2nd Masters in International Affairs and Diplomacy at the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University Zaria.
