Born in Northern Nigeria to an amazing mom and the best Dad ever! My journey as a life explorer began at the tender age of 9. By the time I was 19, I had lived in 5 countries including the Fiji Islands. This experience not only fueled my passion for discovering more but also equipped me with a solid understanding of the value of diversity and inclusion, the ability to communicate effectively with people of diverse backgrounds and the aptitude to build and maintain productive relationships. I have since lived in 6 of the 7 contents of this world. After graduating with a degree in Applied Geology, I was further privileged to work for one of the biggest oil and gas companies in the world. Throughout my career as an Exploration Geoscientist at Shell, I have enjoyed repeated success in leading cross-disciplinary teams to deliver high-value projects and developing solutions that create industry-leading process improvements. I have built skills in subsurface opportunity realisation, productive collaboration, effective project management, data analysis, resource management and risk assessment and management. Although my first love is geology my true love lies in driving organizational transformation and facilitating innovative solutions. My current role in the Government of Nunavut has allowed me to realise my lifelong dream of living in the Canadian Arctic and experiencing the remarkable culture of the people who call it home. This has also allowed me to build a strong understanding of the Canadian government policies and regulations within the Energy industry. My vision is to leverage my skills and experiences to drive business success that will have a meaningful impact on the organizations, environment and society.I am open to constructive comments, feedback and advice, or even just a chat. You can reach me through LinkedIn messaging, I am looking forward to talking with you,
