Strong relationships, taking ownership, value based living, leading from front are some of the principles I strive to live and lead by in my personal example. I am a firm believer that the person you are at work or business or home or society should be consistent with your values and needs to be an extension of your strengths and experiences from one area to another. I enjoy being a Business Analyst as it has allowed me to grow as a person, gave me an opportunity to work with many amazing people across different levels and lines of business in an organization and challenges me on a daily basis as every new project is a new adventure and that’s how I love to keep it :). In my last two decades of IT experience I have transformed from a Developer to Senior Business Analyst and adapted from Insurance to Call Center management to Telephony to Automotive and now Telecom & Entertainment industry. On every job change my approach has been industry/domain may change but key Business Analyst skills remain the same and no matter what I can learn anything I put my mind to and if I want to!!
