Performed the following tasks:•To liaison with various external stakeholders including local and International organization (German Embassy, Chinese Embassy, Swiss Chocolate, Nestle, Summit Bank etc)•To manage and Coordinate all UN Days based and National day celebration activities.•To act as a focal person for arrangement of multiple events.•To generate and dispatch Fee Bills through ERP.•To liaison and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders; including dealing with all administrative functions with staff and resolving day to day Parental issues.•To deal with new admissions and maintenance of Staff and Students Files.•To facilitate the Recruitment and selection process of staff.•To assist in compensation and benefits process by resolving the staff child benefit and salary issues of staff.•To create and update time table and different duty roasters.•To ensure that the curriculum is in compliance with the policies of Head office.
