•Managing packaging material ordering of PKR 185M (approx) monthly.•Converting production demand into packaging material requirement .•Issuing purchase orders, maintaining regular follow ups to inhibit material shortages, and providing delivery schedules to vendors.•Assisted in cost saving projects worth PKR 40M in the first 6 months of 2021, including but not limited to alternate vendor development, savings through attaining yield benefit, and change of material combination. •Planning and coordinating with Marketing to execute campaign artworks and arranging smooth transitions while keeping optimum inventory levels.•Developing new vendors and arranging material requirements for new developments.•Coordinating with QRD to ensure company standards are being met.•Facilitating in the invoice clearance process.•Generating multiple reports using SAP including (not limited to) stock reports that help with daily stock overview and indicate any shortage/excess.•Managing shade cards of all brands and SKUs, benchmarking them as per Marketing's go ahead.
