- Preparing purchase orders , initiating, issuing and administering- Technical and cost analysis of purchase orders and shipments- Preparing status reports of orders and activities

Setting up, installation and starting a Textile Plant, producing artificial fiber by extruding the polymer from start to finish:1- Performing procurement process2- Pricing negotiations 3- Reviewing commercial agreements 4- Performing expediting activities until the equipment is delivered at the plant5- Working closely with vendor installation team and the company staff until the plant is put to production.
