Joined American AgCredit in 2013 to develop and launch a Special Asset Group responsible for the effective management of substandard loans, later rebranded to Credit Resolution Group (“CRG”) to reflect the approach to restructuring. In addition to leading CRG, in 2019 I established the Chattel Evaluation Department to support the Association’s efforts to expand into operating and asset-based lending. In a cross functional effort, established policies and procedures to guide the verification and evaluation of personal property collateral supporting the Association's operating and asset-based lending efforts. Implemented an innovative approach to establish a risk based differential approach to increase efficiency while mitigating the risk of loss to the Association. Developed standardized processes and invested in technology to gain efficiencies and enable a team of 8 Evaluators to service our national footprint. In 2021, expanded my leadership role to additionally lead the Real Property Appraisal Department. As the Credit Resolution and Evaluation Services Executive, my focus shifted to building scalable departments to meet the growing demands of the Association with limited resources. In 2022, I transitioned to the Chief Innovation Officer to lead the Association’s efforts to design the organizational structure for future success and collaborate to implement the recommended changes. As Deputy CFO I will collaborate with the Chief Strategy & Finance Officer to recommend a financial strategic vision to scale AAC for sustainable and effective growth—including metrics implementation, partnerships across departments, and process improvements. Additionally, in partnership with the CSFO I will lead and direct the business planning team that is responsible for strategic execution of business portfolio analysis, capital strategies, incentive plan development, and long-range forecasting.
