I provide Engineering Design & Sales Support by preparing detailed quotations (RFP &RFQ) accurately for nuclear/power customers including OPG, Bruce Power and Atura Power.

NASTP is a high tech R&D and Manufacturing ecosystem for design, research, development & innovation in aviation, space, IT, and cyber sectors. My role and task at NASTP included • Aerospace Design & Process Engineering: For high-tech aerospace projects involving next generation aviation aircraft, spearheaded design & process engineering project working with cross-functional engineering & research teams.• Process Simulations & Feasibility Studies: Conducted process simulations and feasibility studies for advanced materials ensuring the material performance, strength and cost meet the project goals.• Sensitivity Analysis for Material Selection: Performed sensitivity analysis on material selection process to analyze effect on capital cost and mechanical properties. • Material Testing for High Tech Designs: Implemented Non-destructive testing techniques to test advanced materials including Graphene, Carbon Fiber Reinforced Composites (CFRC) and Carbon Nanotubes. • Root Cause Analysis, Corrective & Preventive Action Plan (CAPA): Conducted data driven RCA for metallic & composite component failures and implemented CAPA to improve product design & performance. • Fatigue Analysis & Corrosion Testing: Successfully re-evaluated the life of aviation components through rigorous fatigue testing & corrosion analysis to ensure longevity of the component’s operational life.

Engro Fertilizer, with revenue of $10 billion and production capacity of 1 million tons, is one of the largest fertilizer manufacturers in Asia. As an intern, I worked on: • Process Flow, Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (PFID, P&ID): Developed block flow diagrams (PFDS & P&IDs), performed engineering and material balance calculations, and equipment sizing. • Process KPIs Monitoring & Reporting: Built real-time efficiency calculator for operators to monitor variations, leading to improved operational decision-making.
