In this new management I focus on the concept of projects and experiences such as high impact events, creative campaign spots, etc. I work closely with the Events Department in everything involving planning and executing each new idea.

As a part of the Communication and Marketing Department and working specifically in Event Organization, I see every event as a cohesive experience. It's important to plan ahead and always be mindful that the unexpected is at the next turn and you need to be ready to find quick solutions but always keeping in mind that the client is the most valuable aspect of the job. Activities include: direct client and suppliers communication, scoutings, assembly and dismantling, logistics team work, food and beverage, etc.

In charge of prospecting and approaching potential clients. The main goal was to land the ticketing platform to the event organizer’s specific needs. From the way the first e-mail was drafted to our meetings, everything required great social skills and a plan to follow up to make sure their event was a success.

My team and I were in charge of creating brand identity for this product. It was about building up and evolve. Constantly searching events to sponsor so we could introduce our natural drink to the market, build stands for sampling and keeping in touch with suppliers. This job was about creating a product and constant adjustment to satisfy the needs of the company.
