Direct Primary Care Practice Transformation, Ambulatory Quality, Ambulatory Safety & Regulatory and Clinical Documentation Improvement Programs/staff.

Perform on-site evaluations of BSN, MSN and DrNP nursing programs across the United States to monitor for demonstration of compliance with the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education’s standards for accreditation. Voluntary, non-paid appointed position.

Under the direction of the Director of Patient Care Services, responsible for direct management and supervision of nursing staff for an 8-bed ICU and 22-bed IMC. Administrative and budgetary responsibility for nursing staff of 60 FTEs comprised of Registered Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Unit Secretaries and Patient Transport at a community-based hospital.

Under the direction of the Regional Director of Nursing, Executive Director, and the Academic Dean of Education, complete management of the academic, administrative and budgetary operations for the delivery of an accredited nursing education program. Director of Nursing for 600 student nursing school comprised of Day, Afternoon and Evening/Weekend programs. Manage and direct nursing education department which includes 80 full-time, part-time and adjunct nursing faculty, two Program Managers, two Clinical Site Managers, an Education Supervisor, and an Education Coordinator.

Full-time member of the nursing facultyEmployed diverse, creative, and innovative teaching strategies, including Simulation Lab technology, to provide effective instruction of PN and ADN nursing students.
