Flowervision (Bristol) Ltd are an independent wholesaler based on the Feeder Road, Bristol just minutes from the M32. Supplying fresh cut flower, plants and sundries, on a daily basis to florists from Cornwall to Worcester. The Flowervision group has a unique relationship and very close links with ‘van Duyvenvoorde’ who are the groups Dutch exporting partners based at the Flora Holland flower auction in Aalsmeer. Between van Duyvenvoorde and the Flowervision group a fleet of refrigerated lorries are owned and operated making the daily trip from auction to each cash and carry with supplies of fresh cut flower, pot and outdoor plants.Responsibilities include: - Staff time sheets and logging the accumulative hours - Staff holiday / Emailing key staff to advise of holiday the week prior. - Collecting and advising staff hours for accounts to process pay roll. - Booking and arranging repairs/ servicing/ insurance to the fleet of vehicles. Total of 21 vehicles. - New customer requests/ applications/ introductions - Advising customers of important information/ announcements/ updates to the business - Managing the Directors diaries - Arranging promotional events and shows held at Flowervision (Bristol) Ltd - Operating the computer system (Florisoft) that helps run Flowervision/ Web Shop - HR and Health and Safety. - General PA duties- Covering for Accounts with the use of Sage when needed
