Steered contract administration, coordinated with Air Force, interagency, and DoD stakeholders and partners to procure critical equipment and testing supplies. Led staff of 89 in all planning, execution, and coordination of division’s testing operations for 1.8M infections disease assays in support of 9.2M beneficiaries. Executed $13.3M budget, managed 24 contracts, enabled diagnostic health care for 224 global locations. Directed microbiology department operations across five divisions. Supervised 37 staff members, oversaw hiring and recruiting efforts of 15 highly competent team members, managed training and competency programs, established and implemented DOD, AF, and regulatory agency standards.• Planned, resourced, and procured $14M in contracts with zero governmental regulatory compliance deficiencies.
