Customer Service Representative – Administrative - Responsibilities include handling an average of 50 inbound customer service calls per day with a multi-line phone system, assisting customers in all areas of customer service including but not limited to entering purchase orders, providing product knowledge, reviewing/researching, defective product and shortage claims, and responding to accounts and billing inquiries. Other duties include:• Report generation and strong excel conversion skills. • Data entry both numeric and alpha, accurately typing 55wpm. • Build strong customer relations by proactively discovering possible issues and alerting customers with solutions in hand. • Main point of contact for Territory Managers. Duties include territory reports, sales reports, commission reports, and inventory reports. Consistently demonstrate a willingness to perform duties outside my quoted responsibilities in order to support sales and enhance their individual fiscal bottom line. • Developed a full working knowledge of distribution channels and products to suggestively upsell customers, when possible and appropriate. • Responsible for set up of special price files for our qualifying customers, handling of complicated and special files. • Provide office leadership regarding questions and customer escalations in the absence of management.• Consistently building strong relationships with customers with over 90% customer satisfaction rating.
