Worked with Community Events, Such as Butterfield Days, and the Snow Bird Luncheon. We were involved with fund raising, and as a group helped with economic developement. As a board member of the Coronado RCD Council I was able to Initiate grant funding and worked with Govenment officials for the beautification and landscape Benson's main street. Our group effort resulted in the creation of our Visitor Center and Pedestian Heritage Park. As a committee member of Benson's Clean and Beautiful, we raised funds for new Christmas decorations along Main Street and also accomplished raising funds to place decorative trash recepticles along Main Street.
