Seeing the excitement on a guest’s face when they first walk into their event space or hearing their kind words when they leave, thanking me for a wonderful evening, is validation of why I do what I do. The hospitality industry offers a variety of elements; working unconventional hours, attending educational and networking events and being an active part of an association – all of which I love to be involved with. Continually meeting new people gives me the opportunity to learn about all aspects of hospitality and motivates and excites me to continue to be a part of such an amazing industry. Although I am just starting out in my career I am looking forward to all the possibilities that this industry offers.
