My purpose is to cultivate others to fulfill their maximum potential and impact. I’m a national coach for Hispanas Organized for Political Equality and Hispanics Forward. I have held leadership roles on the Boards of HACR, PRSA Miami Chapter, University of the Pacific Alumni Association, American Heart Association California Affiliate, Citizens Against Lawsuit Abuse, California Capital Airshow, Astronaut Jose Hernandez Reaching for the Stars Foundation, and Chicano Latino Youth Leadership Project.Have taught graduate courses at American University, and undergrad at University of Phoenix and Heald College. Taught public relations, marketing, advertising, business, project management and public speaking. Certified by John Maxwell Team in leadership development, by Emily Post Institute to teach civility and etiquette, and by Accomplishment Coaching in ontological life coaching. American of Mexican heritage. Parents worked in the fields of California and raised five children. All of us have a college degree.
