Educate families and caregivers in the recognition of problems that would require them to call for assistance and am available by direct phone line to provide such assistance as needed. Respond to on-call needs. Facilitate face-to-face and phone triage. Handle admissions. Experienced in working with culturally diverse populations both inpatient care and in the workforce. As the only Spanish-speaking nurse, handle nearly all Spanish-speaking patients. Patient encounter paperwork and documentation is completed on the day of the visit.
