- In-depth experience in litigated matters such as foreclosures, real estate conveyances, quiet title actions, loss mitigation, and mediation.- Responsible for cases in Wisconsin, Illinois, and Indiana at the circuit, appellate and federal court levels. - Handle a heavy caseload and assist with all aspects of the litigation process from commencement through appeal.- Conduct factual investigations, research legal issues on Westlaw and draft memorandums of law based on findings.- Draft legal documents including settlement agreements, memorandums of law, interrogatories, discovery responses, motions, affidavits, and recordable instruments. - Assist with trial preparation including managing trial exhibits, compiling trial binders and communicating with expert and fact witnesses.- Communicate directly and effectively with clerks, opposing counsels and clients.

- Responsible for training paralegals in the litigation process, essential job functions, and operation of case management software.- Review and assign litigation cases to paralegals with assistance from supervising attorney.- Regularly monitor caseloads and work product of individual paralegals.- Conduct client and firm required audits on litigation cases and personnel to ensure compliance with client and firm directives.- Organize and conduct regular meetings of litigation paralegals and attorneys to communicate information and discuss issues involving paralegal functions. - Serve as a liaison between clients, opposing counsels, vendors, and other parties.- Perform all litigation paralegal responsibilities as outlined below.
