Projects Unlimited began on April 1, 1992 to fill a need for my previous employer's sales staff after my Communications position was eliminated due to economic conditions. At the beginning I continued developing and printing flyers and brochures and as time moved on I expanded my business in planning major association events. Projects Unlimited continues to offer a full range of services to area companies such as; manufacturers, municipalities, retailers and corporations and includes writing, editing, designing and buying collateral material and extensive experience in trade show/conference planning. I have strong relationships with a variety of people; thus allowing me to share those relationships with my clients.Over time I have found a niche in politics in Connecticut and have a reputation of being a focused and determined leader, recruiting volunteers, building up organizations, finding people to run for office (who have won), and being part of the fabric that puts the right people in the right job.

The Accrete Group is an association management services company based in Florida and the organization provides unique management needs, educational programs, and conferences designed to attract attendees, vendors and sponsors.My position focuses on working with the executive director of the Northeast Self Storage Association and previously with the Florida Self Storage Association coordinating their annual conference. This included negotiating with the venue, working with the staff, selling trade show space and sponsorships and execution of fundraising events.

The commission is comprised of 15 members who shall reside or conduct business in Enfield. The members are appointed by the Town Manager. In addition, the Town Council and the Planning and Zoning Commission shall each appoint 1 liaison to serve as an ex-officio member. Term of office is 5 years. Meetings are held at least on a quarterly basis.

The Zoning Board of Appeals was created in accordance with title 8, chapter 124, section 8-5 of the CT general statutes. The responsibility of the board is to hear and decide appeals where it is alleged that there is an error in any order, requirement or decision made by the official charged with the enforcement of chapter 124 or any bylaw, ordinance or regulation adopted under the provisions of this chapter and to hear and decide all matters including special exceptions and special exemptions under section 8-2g upon which it is required to pass by the specific terms of the zoning bylaws, ordinance or regulations in harmony with their general purpose and intent and with the due consideration for conserving the public health, safety, convenience, welfare and property values solely with respect to a particular parcel of land.
