I managed a sales Division comprised of 20 District Sales Managers and over 7,000 Independent Sales Contractors. The revenue stream was $20M plus each of the Divisions I managed. My additional responsibilities included recruiting, hiring, training, coaching and mentoring my District Managers as well as the Representatives. I conducted training seminars and meetings with the key Representatives. We also attended a national conference each year for the Managers and Representatives. My financial objectives was to increase my sales revenue and deliver a profitable business plan back to the company.
