Responsible for sourcing high quality candidates and identifying potential fits ranging from Analyst and Manager roles to VP and Director level requisitions. Sourcing candidates through both traditional and creative channels and initiating dialog with ideal matches. Assisting in the recruiting process as a liaison between Recruitment Partners and candidates. Scheduling meetings and interviews between candidates and hiring manager. Assuring client satisfaction through frequent communication and regular briefings. Confirming that the expectations of the client are being exceeded throughout each step of the acquisition process. Utilizing and maintaining ATS, candidate databases, social communities, and talent and client networks. Developing and promoting growth of candidate pool through networking and procurement on a daily basis. Managing DES Recruitment's social media and web presence through marketing, SEO, website development, advertising and sales promotion. Overseeing office operations and day-to-day activity. Ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of the team. Coordinating schedules, organizing team meetings and presentations, and evaluating resources and development. Outlining objectives and conducting market research. Developing marketing and sales strategies to help optimize growth and contribute to the DES Recruitment brand as a Talent Acquisition firm, but also as employers.
