As I transition from behind the scenes as a part of our Dynamics CRM System Team to managing our Volunteer Program, I am excited to return to the User Group communities and reconnect with our many Volunteers. Our goal is to ensure that the volunteer experience is easy to access, meaningful to volunteers, and productive for the User Group community, thereby increasing satisfaction for all areas of participation. Everyone has something to share and something to learn!

After working within our Chapter program management for many years, my current role moves my office responsibilities to the support team and involves working with our Dynamics CRM system to help improve business processes and efficiency. Main responsibilities include daily data management, workflows, processes and business analysis using dashboards, queries and charts to facilitate regular reporting to our team members.

Although I am no longer supporting the activities of our CRMUG, my shift to AXUG has been just as interesting! I look forward to working with our members to help plan, execute and support the many educational opportunities and events planned throughout the year!The Dynamics AX User Group (AXUG) is an independent community of Microsoft Dynamics AX users, partners and experts who share a common goal: getting more out of Microsoft Dynamics AX. We connect, learn and share ideas through a series of live and virtual conferences, continuing education programs and online tools. Membership and active participation in AXUG can make a huge difference in how effectively you use your Dynamics AX software - and how much you enjoy it!

After joining Dynamic Communities, Inc in 2010 as the Regional Chapter Coordinator for AXUG, CRMUG, GPUG & NAVUG (our Microsoft Dynamics User Groups), my current position as CRMUG Program Coodinator allows me to focus solely on our CRMUG members and the programming support needed to make this a successful community.

Started with the FCA Florida Coaches Ministry and added support to the FCA Central and Regional offices during the last 2 years.
