I am an enthusiastic and creative Yoga Instructor certified to teach all ages!For adults, I teach alignment-based Vinyasa yoga with creative sequences designed to stretch and strengthen the body. I currently teach classes at Union Yoga, Monterey. The classes will build on one another to empower teenagers through an exploration of the power of their minds and bodies.For children ages 3-13, I teach fun, interactive classes that engage kids physically and mentally. My classes incorporate crafts, games, activities, songs, dances, and yoga poses to teach kids about physical asana and the mental skills to can help them become more confident and deal with stress when it appears in their lives. I currently teach kids yoga every Friday at MY Museum in Monterey and the Harrison Memorial Public Library - Park Branch on the first Monday of each month.
