The new biotech was sold 11 months later for 260%+ the Day 1 stock price. - Led the development of a patient recruitment strategy to hyper-accelerate recruitment for a symptom-less Alzheimer's patient population. One year ahead-of-schedule recruitment results were obtained in executing the strategy resulting in mid-size global biotech with $11B in annual revenue achieving its corporate objective, and the Phase III results were read out over a year earlier than originally planned. - Operationalized a license deal that ended co-development of immunoncology gene and cell therapy programs such that each party had the assets and documentation it needed to move its respective programs forward fast.- Developed Medical Communications Strategy to support accelerated respiratory program for mid-size global biotech.- Developed a FDA inspection readiness capability for an ONC biotech that led to passing their first FDA inspection and the product being approved.
