Customer service was key in my role at Victoria's Secret in order to greet, assist, and please shoppers to ensure brand upkeep and return customers. I provided personalized recommendations to each customer on the spot as well as upkept store appearance. Handling returns, exchanges, and cash tender was a large piece of my contribution to the flow of business at Victoria's Secret.

Supervising student employees and ensuring that daily business operations ran smoothly under my authority. Training new employees to company standards, enforcing university policy, and paying attention to detail with inventory and store appearance were key hats I wore while in this role. Customer service issues were under my complete discretion during my time as supervisor, so the customer experience and university image were delicately handled.
