I lead a cross functional team of graphic designers who support the Workplace Investing Sales process with the creation of custom RFPs and meeting materials. We also partner with our relationship management organization to streamline the presentations for their client meetings. Design packaging for various brands at United Pet Group (a division of Spectrum Brands) like FURminator®, Dingo®, Nature's Miracle®, LitterMaid® and PetNation.• Managed the global design for United Pet Group’s brands to ensure consistency and accuracy.• Collaborated with brand management team to meet design objectives for packaging, POS and other promotional programs.• Coordinated with sourcing team and package engineers to meet design objectives and deliver projects on time and on budget. • Provided leadership and support to Associate Designers and helped motivate the team by staying up-to-date on design trends. • Responsible for a new package design for Dingo®’s USA sourced Chicken Jerky that grossed over $7MM in WalMart in 2014 FY.• Designed packaging for new Nature’s Miracle Scent Release Training Pads which generated $1.85MM of 4.3MM total sales for UPG Pad Sales in 2013 FY.
