In my role as Technical Director, I listen to my clients' concerns, and I use a creative approach together with my knowldege of tax laws, government practices, and business concerns to design and execute innovative plans that resolve complex facts and achieve optimal results. I have a network of excellent counsel, trustees, accountants and professionals around the globe with whom I work to address a variety of cross-border issues and ensure my clients needs are met and protected on all fronts. When my clients' plans are under scrutiny by the IRS or Department of Justice, I provide zealous representation and an aggressive defense to ensure the best possible solution.
