Current- Directly responsible for the planning and execution all Customer Service training
- Design and implement Customer Service training on company branded products, computer systems, and Customer Service techniques including the functions of desk top phone, voice mail, and managing ACD queues.
- Design and implement new sales force on boarding plan including system and product knowledge training
- Provide on going call center support while Customer Service Manager is on a six month medical leave
- Manage performance metrics to perform above company standards
- Conducted yearly performance reviews
