Spiritwear Co-ChairWorked to keep up sales during the pandemic so that we can still offer scholarships and support school activities and athletics. We found a way to minimize cost and inventory by linking the vendor directly to our customers. I have also learned how to utilize Canva.com to design, schedule and distribute social media posts on Facebook and Twitter. Using this application, I have designed graduation yard signs, incoming freshman shirts and other apparel for the store. I am also the financial liason to the Fremd Booster’s Treasurer. Lastly, I help to update and manage the our square.com website.Also, performed and screened hundreds of children with an EKG for the Young Hearts for Life Program.

Responsible for international sales including finding distributors in new markets, working to establish contacts with new sellers, guiding testing compliance, and working with our team to partner with large retail accounts to expand our sales.

Managed sales around the world: Asia, Australia, Europe, North America and South America. Worked directly with our distributors and retailers daily while working to increase sales through sales leads, email blasts, and trade shows. Analyzed sales to find best fit products for each region.

Teaching students from kindergarten through senior year in High School throughout Palatine and neighboring cities within these districts.

Community Outreach Co-ChairCo-founded the Helping Hands club at Frank C. Whiteley Elementary school. Organized projects for grades 1-6. Held monthly lunch time get togethers for the children to learn about a community group that is in need and then help the children complete a project that would then be given out to this group (i.e. Thank you cards to Veterans in the VA Hospital downtown, get well cards to children at Lurie's Children's Hospital, visited and sang for an Elderly home in Palatine, etc..). Organized annual toy and clothing drives for the Holidays. Received an award for “Outstanding Community Service” by Palatine Township for coordinating and running an annual food drive.

Worked with suppliers to ensure smooth transitions into production by reviewing and tweaking quality systems to meet Motorola's expectations. Worked as a liason between engineers and suppliers to ensure drawings and communications were robust.

Initiated, coordinated and released changes for new and in-production powertrain controllers for the automotive industry. Helped to find and implement cost reductions throughout the life of each program.

Worked to ensure thermal and vibration capability of a JTEC powertrain module. Worked with manufacturing and suppliers to improve part production and assembly.

Worked on the first system business with GM for Powertrain cooling. Acted as the design engineer internally and also as the DRE (design release engineer) and build champion for GM for the project. Responsibilities included going from quote to design completion with our subsuppliers for several parts of our system design, working with many other same level suppliers for space and routing underhood, testing parts and overseeing system and vehicle level testing, and working with our plants and the GM assembly plants to ensure buildability and serviceability.
