As a dedicated 3rd-year Human Resources student at Southeast Technological University, I am actively seeking an internship opportunity starting in January 2025 to apply my academic knowledge and further develop my skills in talent management, organizational development, and employee relations.My passion lies in understanding how organizations grow, adapt, and thrive. I am particularly interested in translating business and HR theories into practical solutions within the workplace. Through my academic studies, I have developed a strong foundation in areas such as recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, and Training and development. In addition to my studies, I work part-time as a waitress at the Amber Springs Hotel. This hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment has strengthened my communication and teamwork abilities, taught me how to deliver excellent customer service, and given me insight into effective operational management.
