I built user research teams and capabilities in a variety of industries, expanding client offerings.AII have a long history of working with AI, from rule-based systems to machine learning to generative AI, always taking a human perspective. Most recently, I led a project that delivered a chatbot user interface that allows healthcare professionals to incorporate diverse cultural perspectives into clinical care.SYSTEMS THINKINGI have always taken a systems view of design, looking not only at human-computer interactions but also at society, environment and economic impacts. I use life-centered principles and tools in my work, incorporating human and more than human needs and perspectives in design outcomes.FUTURESI apply strategic foresight techniques to envision innovation possibilities. I am currently exploring the impact of generative AI on water use using speculative design.
