For more than 15 years, I have given presentations based on the research of the faculty at the Center for Positive Organizations, University of Michigan. I am continuing to do those very same presentations but now under the auspices of my own company.I provide collaborative, interactive presentations to foster positive work environments that increase the bottom line, engage employees, and cultivate a healthy culture.

For the last nine years, I have collaborated with the Center for Positive Organizations faculty in designing presentations and workshops based on their research, collectively called Positive Organizational Scholarship. Positive Organizational Scholarship has become a major focus for organizations and empowers leaders to create positive work environments, improving the culture of their workplace and helping them discover what is possible with their employees and within their organizations. I have had the privilege of giving almost 200 presentations to more than 4,000 attendees at the University of Michigan main campus, medical campus, Dearborn campus, Flint campus, and Marygrove College, as well as to media and financial planning companies. In addition, I have presented at the 2009 Michigan College and University Professional Association (CUPA) for Human Resources, the 2010 and 2011 CUPA-HR Midwest Regional Conference, the 2011 and 2014 Michigan Assisted Living Association Annual Conference, the 2011 Michigan Society for Human Resource Management Conference, the 2012 College and University Work/Family Association National Conference, and the 2016 Society of Research Administrators International Conference.

I am in my 30th year of working in the Office of Tax Policy Research at the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. I am responsible for coordinating all of the ongoing activities of OTPR including project management, financial and grant administration, publication and editorial coordination, and event planning.From 1992 to 1998,I was the editorial assistant for the National Tax Journal.

Comprehensive administrative responsibilities for the Office of Tax Policy Research at the University of Michigan Business School. Management functions involve extensive problem solving, analysis of financial issues, and flexible grant oversight.
