At my first job at the Nipomo Swap Meet I cooked churros over an open flame, pushed an ice cream cart and directed 50 people a day to the bathroom; I learned the importance of actively listening to my customers and the staying power of goodwill and loyalty.I have an extensive background in training, developing, mentoring, and leading large groups of people.
