KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS:Develop enterprise wide solutions, such as paperless congress APP; Patient Education APP; dynamic sales materials and ecosystem mapping  Lead early commercialization efforts, including disease and landscape analytics, utilizing naturalistic consumer voice research, social HCP analytics and customized market analytics  Champion immersion into health IT and digital health solutions and identifying new external experts in this evolving environment Drive marketing of first-in-industry health IT collaborative system solution (positioning, branding, messaging and peripherals)Create new discipline within commercial division responsible for creating new practices focusing on stakeholders across all disease areas and industry partnerships with scientific organizations  Generate new practices including formalized approach to stakeholder identification, credentialing and repository for internal stakeholders  Build a stakeholder database with nearly 4,000 external experts for global internal stakeholder access ensuring organizational transparency and rapid access for external reporting obligations  Integrate social listening applications across businesses and internal matrix teams to serve as a catalyst for informed research and commercialization plans
