I am a dedicated and enthusiastic self-starter, with a flexible attitude. Remaining calm under pressure has become second nature to me while I keep my eye on the ball with high attention to detail and accuracy. Having over ten years’ experience working across all areas of retail, and now B2B, I have widespread knowledge in many different product lines. I have also endeavoured to achieve formal qualification and have attended several courses relating to buying and negotiation skills, notwithstanding the completion of a qualification surrounding the use of colour and design. I have also spent time working on the floor of Freedom stores, experiencing first-hand the fast paced and importance of customer service. This has also taught me to become a responsible team player where a 'Can do!' attitude and having a friendly manner go a long way.I believe that I will bring value and innovation to any leading organisation that encourage and challenge their employees in a fair and reasonable environment.
