Our team creates diverse talent pipelines by recruiting and retaining cohorts comprised of women, veterans, and ethnically & racially diverse professionals – specifically those high demand and/or targeted capability areas. One of our programs, Encore, supports seasoned professionals who are “returners” – those transitioning back to work after being out of the workforce for 6 months or more.•Position Experienced Hire Consulting Networks to build and train diverse labor pools and advance the firm’s long-term DE&I goals.•Manage Hire-to-Train and Train-to-Hire programs to recruit, implement, and retain cohorts comprised of women, veterans, and ethnically & racially diverse professionals.•Cultivate relationships across OP/Offerings with recruiters, business leaders, L&D teams, mentors, coaches, onboarding advisors, and deployment.•Provide tailored support to Business Leaders to co-curate Hire-to-Train journeys; including project shadowing & staffing, coaching and mentorship, and cohort-based performance management & career progression.•Design and facilitate community support programming for Hire-to-Train cohorts including: Well-being Wizard workshops, DEI community panel events, and virtual networking with business leaders within Deloitte’s Women in Tech group. •Support relationships with workforce development vendors. •Facilitate cross-functional team meetings to advance program deliverables.•Establish processes for Hire-to-Train programs to support implementation, stakeholder engagement, and scale programs.• Develop program materials including playbooks, presentations, project-plans, and communications templates.

Truth, Racial Healing and Transformation (TRHT) is providing opportunities for the greater Chicago community to confront and heal from the traumas of racism by participating in racial healing circles.TRHT is a comprehensive, national and community-based process to “unearth and jettison the deeply held, and often unconscious, beliefs created by racism”. Support for the effort was provided by the W.K. Kellogg Foundation (WKKF). Since June 2017, Woods Fund Chicago has been serving as the administering and lead organization for a Truth, Racial Healing, and Transformation (TRHT) effort called TRHT Greater Chicago.As I practitioner, I co-facilitate intensive and thoughtful healing and bridge-building experiences with people across Chicago. Through the TRHT community, we create safe spaces to dialogue about what we are experiencing as a city, state, and country, and developing new strategies to put racial equity at the center of our public policy and social justice initiatives.

CLF provides its partners comprehensive curriculum, training, implementation and assessment support.

NLC is a true reflection of the Millennial generation with 60% of our NLC community as non-white and 55% women. NLC is one of the few organizations focused on building a new governing coalition.
