As Assistant Director of the Student Success Programs for the SMC School of Economics and Business Administration, I am responsible for increasing SEBA undergraduate retention, graduation and time-to-degree rates, overseeing the internship program and maximizing the number of SEBA majors to be placed in internships and jobs as well as pursue graduate schools upon graduation. Additionally, my responsibilities include management of all aspects of the SEBA First Year Advising Program and providing academic advising to over 200 assigned SEBA students, and training and support for all SEBA faculty advisors. I also promote the Career Gateway Professional Development Program for all SEBA students. I am also represented SEBA on the college wide pre-enrollment initiative for 2014-2015 . This two year commitment involves curriculum understanding across all majors and disciplines in the college to pre enroll all incoming freshmen in their fall classes before they arrive for their summer orientation.

Responsibilities include coordination and support SEBA advisors with resources to improve the advisee experience and coordination of the Internship program. Curriculum development and roll out of the pilot First Year Advising Cohort (FYAC) program in Fall 2012. The FYAC program is designed specifically for SEBA students with a focus on transition to college life, professional development and academic enrichment. Director of the Career Gateway Professional Development Program for all SEBA students. This four year program prepares SEBA students for careers through workshops, experiences, and internships.

Business Statistics Instructor (BUSAD-40) BUSAD 40 Business Statistics is an introduction to statistical concepts used to assist in making decisions under uncertainty. Topics include the collection and analysis of data, probability and probability distributions, hypothesis testing, linear regression and correlation. I taught 5 classes per year of 30 plus students in a computer lab setting to include EXCEL and statistical package instruction in solving statistical problems.
