Key achievements and experience- Setting up the Marketing & Press Functions and executing the Marketing for the launch of Symphony Hall, Birmingham.- Planning & Implementing the Marketing Strategy for Symphony Hall following the successful opening in April 1991 to include above and below the line activity, print production and distribution, direct mail and press advertising.- Ticket Pricing.- Liaising with the Box Office provider over Box Office Service and Ticketing requirements.- Liaising with promoters over their individual marketing and ticketing requirements.- Liaising with local hirers to provide support and advice over marketing & ticketing requirements, to include pricing.- Liaising with the 3rd Party Box Office provider (NEC Box Office) during the scoping, project management installation of a new Ticketing System for the NEC Group and situational leadership at Go Live.
