In my current role as a client advocate I am able to leverage the skills I learned as a claims consultant and casualty broker to provide advocacy on behalf of my clients in the large account space. I am responsible for the overall Willis Towers Watson relationship and execution of our service agreement. I believe that the most important part of my job is making my clients look good by helping them acheive reductions in their overall Total Cost of Risk.

My primary role as a Casualty Marketing Specialist is to negotiate and place large casualty insurance programs for our most complex existing and prospective clients. I market new and existing business and secure coverage to meet the clients needs.In addition to my responsibilities as a Casualty Marketing Specialist I also serve as the international claims coordinator for my global clients, because of my past experience in the claims arena.

As a Risk Consultant with Willis Towers Watson, I offer claims management solutions to Willis Towers Watson clients in various industries including Healthcare, Education, Construction, Retail and Manufacturing. I have experience consulting with clients on automobile, general liability, property, product liability, medical malpractice and workers compensation claims. I also assist clients with claim audits, cost-share agreements, data analytics, subrogation recovery and identifying strategic partners, including law firms, medical management vendors and Third Party Administrators.Prior to joining Willis Towers Watson, I attended the Law School at Duquesne University. I received my Bachelor of Arts degree from John Carroll University with a Communications Major and an English Minor. I maintain a Property/Casualty Producers License in the State of Pennsylvania. I earned my Associates in Risk Management designation in May 2008. I am currently pursuing the Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriters (CPCU) designation.
