For over 20 years, I have combined my talents in leadership, business and healthcare to help patients while driving growth for private equity and publicly traded global pharmaceutical, medical device, and diagnostic organizations as both operator and board member. In particular, I excel at developing effective product and commercial strategies, building, transforming and leading teams, increasing shareholder value, and mentoring staff for their own professional growth.Currently, I am responsible for global business in all direct and distribution markets and my role also includes product strategy, research and development and commercialization/lifecycle management of all products, clinical affairs, service, commercial operations and marketing.Key Achievements:▪ Led the America's rebuild to deliver 20% YOY growth in 2018, 2019 and 55% in 2021 while continually improving EBITDA profile. Restructed EU business grow 25% YOY in 2021 and improving operating leverage and EBITDA across markets. Integrated all geographies into a global commercial organiztion. Led the building of Global Business Unit product teams, created product roadmap, long range plan and aligned R&D, Clinical Affairs and the global commercial regions under shared strategies to develop and commercialize products and recurring revenue initiatives. ▪ Grew AMAG sales 33% YOY in 2016 and again in 2017, reached 10K+ new prescribers in OB/GYN space▪ Built $300M in value for shareholders and equity firm, resulting in the $700M sale of the CBR company, led field and commercial integration of AMAG and CBR teams ▪ Led a team to standardize instrumentation and reagents within health organizations, resulting in over 300 instrument placements and multiple sole source contracts▪ Consistently exceed revenue plan and top performer among peers throughout career Personally, I am tenacious, loyal, and fearless.
