Since 2023, Elice Cuff has served as the Senior Director of Media Relations for BMI Nashville as she leads external and internal communications efforts for BMI’s Nashville and Austin offices. She works closely with the creative team to highlight their support for BMI's composers, songwriters, and publishers. Additionally, she oversees and secures marketing plans for numerous events for the company including No. One parties, award shows, and multiple festival stages such at SXSW, ACL and the Key West Songwriters Festival. Prior to her current position, Cuff held a pivotal role as a Senior Publicist at one of Nashville, TN’s award-winning PR firms since 2015. Named as one of Hits Magazine’s “Noise Makers,” she has more than a decade of experience brainstorming and executing short/long term marketing goals for high-profile clients through effective storytelling that sparks audience awareness. She takes pride in her work ethic and the artistic responsibility behind creating press releases, bios, press kits as well as campaigning for key media opportunities. Cuff is a quick problem solver that thrives under high-pressure scenarios. The CMA/ACM member continues to participate in the GRAMMY U Mentorship Program providing guidance to upcoming industry professionals and maintains a longstanding relationship with national and local journalists.
