As a Service & Project Administrator at KeyNet Technologies, I have been leading and managing multiple IT projects and teams for over four years, delivering high-quality and customized services to our clients. I have developed and applied IT service management best practices, as evidenced by my ITIL® 4 Foundation CPD certification, and I have also obtained other relevant credentials, such as IT Glue Certified and Sales: Client Data Security Credential 2019.In addition to my technical expertise, I also bring a strong human resources, training, and recruiting background to my role, supporting the growth and development of our staff and organization. I am passionate about creating a positive and productive work environment, where everyone can contribute to our mission of providing innovative and client-focused IT solutions. I hold an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from HACC, and I am currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavioral Science with a minor in Business Administration and a concentration in Industrial Psychology from Penn State University.Furthermore, I am also serving as the Vice President Board of Directors at CLAP - Cancer Legacy in Action Projects, a non-profit organization that supports cancer survivors and their families. I joined the board in February 2021, and I have been involved in strategic planning, fundraising, advocacy, and community outreach. I am motivated by the vision of CLAP to create a lasting legacy of hope and resilience for those affected by cancer.
