As part of my work with Documented Legacy, I consulted with Couragent, makers of the Flip-Pal® mobile scanner, to develop its disaster response unit after Hurricane Sandy hit the New Jersey shore and developed a strategy to teach consumers about preservation and disaster preparedness issues that helped the company reach new markets. The program is still active today.
