Senior Project Manager, LSCI managed enterprise-wide software application implementations to reduce our dependence the previous parent company at a cost savings of over $1 million. Additionally, I was responsible for the infrastructure part of the moves and relocations of offices due to the company split, including obtaining quotes and awarding contracts to third party vendors and working with our internal IT support and building management on infrastructure needs.Previous positions within the company--Senior Project Manager, RRDI facilitated network migrations for acquired companies into RRD's network and applications, including the set up for migrating Active Directory.Director, PMO, CGXI managed a department that included project managers, product managers, and business analysts directing them through project development and execution as well as product management and support. The project included the development and installation of the software as well as hardware installation and configuration.

I managed full-cycle project development with multi-disciplined project teams in a matrix environment. Projects ranged in value from $3 million to $20 million dollars and included project planning, scope, risk management, resource management, documentation, budgeting and estimating, change management, user training, system testing, and executive coaching to meet company's strategic goals. Job duties included gaining concurrence and approval from stakeholders, team members, and executive management. I ensured that communication on all project levels as necessitated by the project plan was maintained. I was responsible for determining requirements, identifying and mitigating risks, and managed expenses to ensure compliance to company financial goals.
