Worked strategically with the CEO to take his ideas that were just a PDF and make them a reality. Responsible for company oversight, full P&L responsibility, and operations efficiency and effectiveness. Being great at starting fast and scaling faster we were rewarded with first year sales of $36 million USD. Unfortunately, we also did a dance with the FTC and in early 2018 and that was the death of this mega-star that was once in the top 5 hottest direct sales companies. Lots of lessons in online advertising and legal compliance at the end of the day but an invaluable education in what to do (and what to avoid) in online education sales and affiliate programs.
