I am the VP for Mestel & Company, heading up our National team of Legal Recruiters and Search Consultants, as well as a highly experienced Legal Recruiter and Consultant, in the Partners, Groups and Mergers Division, with a primary focus on the Boston market. Prior to joining Mestel, I obtained my J.D. from Boston University School of Law and practiced law for eight years as a litigator in Boston. As a member of the Management Team, I optimize day-to-day business operations and maximize growth opportunities for our team and clients. As part of this role, I ensure our team is positioned to realize the goals of the individuals and companies we work with, develop Mestel’s training curricula, and execute on strategic initiatives for our team and clients. As a Consultant and Legal Recruiter, I place partners, groups, as well as facilitate M&A transactions. I collaborate with our clients, partnering with them to accomplish their lateral growth objectives in a highly competitive market. I work with attorneys to truly understand their practices, goals, and hurdles, determining lateral moves which will be truly impactful as well as the right culture fit. I have a strong record of placing individuals and groups with top-tier law firms as well as with corporations.
