Pete Campbell if you watch Mad Men (but, sadly, with a lot less drinking and chain smoking.)I'm a decades-long vet of the marketing industry and I have a passion for account service. I embrace a high-touch, adaptive, responsive and accommodating approach to the agency/client relationship. At the end of the work day, if my clients feel supported, heard, and pleased -- and especially if I can deliver some marketing-generated sales leads, awareness score improvements, or record-setting landing page hits -- I go home happy. I have expertise in strategic planning and all facets of marketing communications -- advertising (print, broadcast and digital), brand development, public relations, direct marketing (both acquisition and retention, including all aspects of the data function), collateral development, and trade show/event management. Experienced in both B-to-C and B-to-B, I'm proud to have managed accounts ranging in size from mom-and-pop to Fortune 100, marketing budgets ranging in size from the tens-of-thousands to millions, and in both local and national markets. My perspective toward the work has been strengthened by time spent on both agency and client sides of the fence. You learn a lot about how best to manage an agency when you're on the client side by having spent time in an agency, and how best to support a client when you're on the agency side by having been a client.
