I hire for and run the Tinder Internship program and manage and coordinate all recruiting, candidate, and conference related matters with the appropriate teams and resources to create the best experience possible.- Schedule and coordinate all phone and in-person interviews.- Maintain an efficient and personalized process at all stages of the interview process.- Employer branding - swag, business cards, conference speakers, social channels etc- Manage all conferences Tinder participates in across our tech stack - sponsorship, contracts, and logistics- Implemented a Speaker Development Program for our Employees selected to speak at conferences, meetups and other various events.- Full scale recruiting for all our Summer 2019 interns across business and engineering orgs- Built out our Tindership Intern Program with structure and metrics + manage and oversee our interns, their managers and mentors to facilitate a meaningful internship for both the intern and the company.I also founded Tinder's First LGBTQ+ ERG, Pride@Tinder.

I manage and coordinate all office related matters with the appropriate teams and resources.- Manage one direct report, Tinder's Front Desk Receptionist.- Support and coordinate Intern Cohort at Tinder- Onboard employees and assisting with orientation and a smooth transition into the company.- Organize events ranging from large annual events (ie: Summer Party & Holiday Party) to ongoing weekly health & wellness classes to recruiting events and learning & development initiatives.- Seek out new partners to add to the Tinder employee perks program.- Member of the Tinder Culture Committee, where we focused on identifying opportunities to engage employees and define company culture both on a micro and macro level.- Facilitate internal focus groups in order to establish company-wide values.- Organize and decorate the office - including ordering supplies and furniture as we continue to grow and remodel our office.- Onboard all vendors (food, swag, health & wellness, etc), set them up with our accounts payable department, submit invoices, and schedule them as needed.- Design and order swag company wide.- Design and create signage throughout office as well as office wide installations for the company to the greater community. - Coordinate all employee parking and seating.- Organize CSR at Tinder (nonprofit/outreach including participation in various community events.)

Managed University Recruiting teams across six brands within the Match Group

- Working with high level guests around the globe to promote the World Games in Los Angeles, California- Gaining interest locally for involvement with athletes- Training and preparing hosts to work with guests and athletes before and throughout the games- Scheduling and planning for the weeks prior, during and after the events.

Creating a smooth transition into a full time collegiate experience for transfer students. Mentoring students once accepted to the university and for the years following their enrollment. Hosting orientation and being a resource for students from acceptance throughout their time at the university.

Volunteer Coach to over 40 high school girls in Yorktown, Virginia. Teaching the sport, facilitating team growth and development as well as leadership and mentorship opportunities.
