In my time as Head of Content, I- Strategically shaped the editorial direction for BellaNaija Style across all its platforms including social media pages and websites resulting in a doubled increase in engagement and audience growth.- Created captivating owned content for diverse mediums, such as Instagram, webinars, and articles, successfully expanding BellaNaija Style's reach and monetization opportunities.- Led the BellaNaija Style team, working closely with the team members to ensure constant delivery of quality content on the site and social media as well as positive team synergy.Projects- Conceptualised and facilitated the BellaNaija Style Women’s Month Digital Festival—an impact-driven, month-long digital event dedicated to celebrating African women. Each year, this festival serves as a platform to amplify over 500 female-owned African businesses, showcasing their talents, products, and services.- Initiated a successful two-part digital campaign that linked the Global Sustainability agenda of the UN's SDGs with BellaNaija Style focused on promoting sustainable fashion and conscious consumption - Led and executed successful partnerships, collaborations, and features for the department, including the MAC #LoveMeCampaign, Lancôme #MyShadeMyPower Campaign, and TECNO Camon campaigns during Lagos Fashion Week, among others
